At YouPrintOnline, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our services, please read the return policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Custom Printed Products
All products available on YouPrintOnline are custom printed according to the customer’s selected specifications, designs, sizes, and quantities. Because each item is made specifically for you, returns or exchanges are not possible.
2. No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns for custom printed items.
We do not offer refunds once an order has been approved and sent into production.
Order cancellations are not allowed after confirmation.
3. Defective or Incorrect Orders
In the rare case that:
You receive a damaged product, or
The product delivered is significantly different from the approved order
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. Our team will review the issue and, if approved, may offer a reprint or appropriate resolution.
4. Color & Material Variations
Minor color variations may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.
Such variations are normal in printing and are not considered defects.
5. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
Reviewing and approving artwork before printing
Ensuring correct spelling, layout, dimensions, and design details
YouPrintOnline is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
6. Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
7. Policy Updates
YouPrintOnline reserves the right to modify this Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Updates will be effective immediately upon posting.
